Review: I was referred to [redacted] by [redacted] of Bell Blvd. to obtain a DOB Plumbing Permit, Inspections & Sign-off for a dry well connected to my garage. I paid the company $1200.00 on 3/**/12 as full payment for the job. His plumber at that time got the permit and soon after I got the dry well & piping finished. I called his office many ,many times between April to November for the Inspection and sign off, but all I got was answers like, "soon,next week, I'm working on it,I have it covered etc,etc."In November I was told the plumber no longer works there and I need to send a $100.00 and a superceeding letter for the new plumber to finish the job. I complied and from December to June 2013 I kept getting the same answers. In June [redacted] said his plumber stole his money,he fired him and I should sue him. I told him I don't know your plumber and I paid you to get the job done and not your plumber.He further said if I want the job done I must pay him $800.00 more or go to another company. After some thought I gave him the $800.00. He promised to get the new permit in 3-4 days and the job done in 2 weeks. It's now 5 weeks ,no permit and the same old excuses.I asked for a refund ,but no answer.Now I am told he is sick for 2 weeks.Not much help from him nor his staff and I am in limbo for 17months.Now I found out he is rated "F" by the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Give me a firm and true answer. Do the job soon or a full refund or I will take legal action.
