I placed an order with Daniel's Jewelers online for a 14k gold crucifix on November 17th of The experience was a disaster from the very beginning and here is whyI received the merchandise I ordered on the 22nd of November, but I didn't know it was in my mailbox until I checked on the 24th of NovemberI didn't check my mailbox because I was under the impression that the product had not shipped yet because up until that point I hadn't received my tracking number to track my purchaseI received my tracking number on November 30thI was dissapointed in the merchandise after receiving it and immediately wanted to return the item for a full refund as per their refund policy stating returns must occur within daysI searched the website for the return policy to familiarize myself with it before attempting to return the item to a local store and read up on how the return policy for online purchases workedTheir policy states that you must first receive a Return Merchandise Autho

My fiancé purchased my ring here and put the bands on layawayAfter he paid the ring off which took a few months, we went to pay money on the bands to the ring and low and behold the Manager Maria had them put backThe first thing we were told was the ring was discontinuedThe second thing we were told is the $we put on the bands was the only payment made so they put them backWe were in this store every month making a payment on the ring and no one said anything!!!!! No phone call no thingNow I’m here paying $more than what the bands originally cost because they now have to be customer madeNow they are running credit yet again for a account I already have open with themThere might be a deposit requested as well! Really This has been the worst experience imaginable and after this I will never work this company againIt’s not worth it at all!
