I am rejecting this response because: Yes, this company did come back to correct several issues because they were not done correctly the first time. Our fence posts were put on backwards and the wiring we asked to be installed on the fencing to keep the rabbits out did not hang below the last fence rail and therefore was ineffective. These issues were corrected in a timely manner. We never said or even implied that the dirt was intentionally put over the rocks, nevertheless it was. The work was done as fast as possible and no time was taken to make sure it was done correctly. The work was done in winter and I don't know if the ground was frozen or not. All I know is there is at least two inches of dirt placed on top of the weed barrier instead of below it so it does not prohibit weed growth. We will have to spend another $1600 to have it redone correctly. Daniel has consistently refused to come to our home and inspect it or correct it. This business makes it a habit of dismissing his customers if they have complaints and I'm very worried he will not honor his one year warranty for the concrete patio he installed or the trees he planted. i just hope we don't have future problems.
