In regards to the shuttle it was discussed at the time of the estimate and prior to delivery as we typically do not have access to the delivery address that is located in another stateThe driver is required to attempt to make delivery with his tractor trailer, and this driver attempted and could not deliver safelyThe driver had no choice but to completed the shuttle
