ROF.net is a non profit and I'm guessing is likely understaffed They do wonderful website design/hosting but are not good at customer service in terms of not answering repeated emails or phone callsMy IT person has not been able to gain access to the website they are hosting since November and that is unacceptable She and I have both tried to reach him independently
