Dear Revdex.com,We wanted to respond to the complaint we received in JulyWe were very saddened and confused regarding this matter. We’ve always made it a priority to be honest and just and we have years’ experience with all plumbing including old plumbing issuesWe have been ***’s
plumber for some time and have helped her with many plumbing situations, until we began dealing with a new person on this subject. Yes, the toilet was scratched on the bottomWe informed her that the toilet was over 30 years old and it would be difficult to do the jobAnd we offered to replace the toilet at no charge twice on phone messageThe new spokesperson called nearly two months later and demanded we fix the problem immediately and also said they recently had another plumber in who apparently charged quite a bit. We explained we would have checked it out at no charge had she have called us and we now don’t know what the new plumber did nearly two months later. Plus anything can happen plumbing-wise in nearly two monthsWe still offered to replace the toilet with no charge which was not a routine for our company after another plumber and a nearly two months passed gap because we wanted to be of service to *** whom we have worked for for quite a whileBut it was again refused by the spokesperson and she wanted money back. We felt it was unreasonable to pay her for a problem with another plumber, especially since we fixed the initial problem and it was in working order with approval when we left. After sometime the spokesperson then decided to take the toilet replacement with no charge but by then we thought it was better she use the other plumber she had since we couldn’t meet her needsWe do want to say, we don’t know the spokesperson for *** but that we truly felt very highly of *** and we deeply respect her. She is a kind and loving person and we are so sorry to disappoint. This is our first Revdex.com complaint since the start of our business est1999. We take our costumers concerns very seriously because they are the reason for the success of our business.Sincerely,*** ** ***
