The response is not accurateThe pergola was constructed from untreated pine which was leaking sap, was coming apart at the top where connected to the posts, and was unacceptableThe pergola was attached to the house without the proper permit, and was mandated taken down by the city of PeoriaWe have been told since June by Integrity Pools, when the original pergola was taken down, that they have submitted a permit request to the city, and that is what is holding up new constructionIt has been five months since they sent in their permit request, and still no pergolaIt has been months since the original project beganIt has been months since final payment was made, and the project paid in fullThe job is still not complete

The pool had a final inspectionHomeowner would not have been able to have gas clearance to connect to the meterWe would have not been able to pebble poolI will be happy to look it up when I have time to do so. Gary D*** President

Good morning, all work was completedWe did not take down pergola because of poor workman shipThere was an issue with it being to close to rear property line because we attached it to the houseWe took it down and now are pulling permit to have it installed off of house. Thank
