Cancelled order for a gate build for my fence on May Company sent out repto my house early 5/16, they built gate on 5/and refused refund 4/16/18, Met With Outside Sales RepKevin at my residence regarding having a 12' gate installed on my fence that Danielle installed several years ago He took information and measurements, we discussed importance of getting gate measured correctly due to ground slope to reduce gap between fence and ground Kevin Emailed estimate including installation which I thought was way to highKevin said he checked with his Sales Manager and that there was no room for negotiation On 4/24/18, Inside Sales RepRichard took over account He provided to me, via Email an estimate for gates only which I accepted and paid for CC payment of $ Richard stated since this was a customer install, payment was due up front in full ON 4/24/18, Richard called and said initial estimate for gates did not include post Richard said another $
