I honestly cannot remember all of the issues that I had with this dealership when I purchased five new vehicles from them last year. All that I can remember is that it was an extremely frustrating experience. I should have written a review then, but didn't take the time. However my frustrations have been renewed over the last couple of weeks trying to get copies of the bills of sale for these vehicles. We were in the middle of our third party audit and could not locate our copies so I called Limbaugh to request them. The first time that I called I was told that it was to late and the person that could help me with my request had already left for the day, but that someone would call me back first thing the next morning. After waiting until mid afternoon the next day and still not receiving a phone call I called Limbaugh Toyota back and was assured by a sales manager that they would personally take of of getting me copies of my bills of sale. During this phone call I again expressed the importance of getting this information ASAP so that we could pass our audit. The day passed with still not so much as a follow up phone call. The next morning (now two days after my first request) I called back and spoke the same sales manager and he explained that they were just to busy with new sales that they just hadn't had time to get my what I needed. Wow, so this company really cares 0% about their previous customers and is only concerned with getting new business. The unfortunate part is that within the next three months I am going to be ordering over $200,000 worth of cars and would have probably used Limbaugh it I hadn't had such a poor experience because they are central to where I need them delivered. It has now been almost a week with no communication from Limbaugh Toyota on my request. I left a message to have Matt L[redacted] call me back a couple hours ago, so I guess we will see if that goes anywhere. I would NEVER recommend Limbaugh Toyota.
