resolvedIn addition, we have requested additional loan documentation from the creditorThe information will be forwarded to Ms*** as soon as we receive it

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Ms*** references two contacts in her complaint that were not with our firm. The account our agency is handling is her *** Consumer USA account #***, with an outstanding balance of14, We did not receive the account until October 26, The first
attempt to reach Ms*** was not made until November 7, 2016. Ms*** requested at that time that no further calls be placed to her at her place of employment. The number was removed and no further attempts have been made to reach her at that number

As stated previously, our agency did not receive the account until 10/26/and did not process the account to activate the first phone call until 11/7/16. Ms*** requested that no further calls be placed to her work phone number. The number has been removed and no further attempts have been made to reach her at that number.We requested additional account documentation to address her balance dispute. We will forward the information to her when it is received
