Review: My fiancé and I walk into Danielle's Jewelry store with the intentions of looking at some weeding bands....we try on a few my fiancé like one I was not to sure that the one I try on is what I wanted, he was offering us a good deal but my credit line was not enough to cover both bands so he proceeded to ask for my credit card to call G&E Capital to get me an Increase. the total add it up to $2800 but we were still short he ask us to give him extra $300.We decided we mite consider the offer and told him we will take a walk to the bank...I proceeded to ask for my card back and he said he will hold it seem a little strange but I trusted him and left it...My fiancé and I decided we need it more time to think about it. I proceeded to call the store to let [redacted] know who is the owner to give us sometime because I was not sure that I really like band. he proceeded to tell me that he had swipe my card and charge me ,I was so upset and told him that I have not given my consent, authorize and that this was unacceptable, and that I will call G&E Capital and report it...he was not to thrill, I told we will come pick up my card and hang up...them his partner staring harassing me on the phone in reference to the purchase being done, I proceeded to tell him the same thing I told [redacted] I will pick up my card hang up on the phone...Once my fiancé and I got to the store to our shock,disappointment and discuss they both proceeded to state that a ring was missing and insinuating that it was a possibility that we had stole a ring, at this point I am in shock upset while they continue accusing us my fiancé ask them to let him see the camera and that they should not accuse any one with out prove, my fiancé told them the camera is your eyes and ears lets look at it now, we will wait to solve this matter. They both proceeded to say that they will have their crew coming the next day and look at their cameras and they will give us a call...we proceeded to tell them we will call the cops and take it to court if we did not solve this matter. As we decided to leave the store and look for help in reference to this matter, I proceeded to ask for my card and they refuse to give it back...they kept my card. we have not heard from them since the incident, this are false accusation to our persona, those statement cause damages on person, reputation, integrity. We feel that this matter has to be brought to their attention this kind of business, should not be acceptable.Desired Settlement: I want to take them to court for false accusation, and solve this matter in front of a judge ,We believed we were being scam.

I would like my Credit card back, a personal apology, to my fiancé and me....as well any charges made to my card to be refunded in full or I will find a Lawyer to sue them for false accusation, this has cause me a lot of mental stress, this was suppose to be a cherish,happy moment for me and my fiancé and they turn it into a nightmare not unacceptable behavior or business.

They did not have any prove or rights in Accusing us of stealing.it is awful.

To whom it may concern: On Friday August **; 2013 [redacted] And her fiance came into our store Looking for an engagement Rings set. [redacted] is a Repeated customer she have purchased something from us back in 2012 and that's when we first opened a store credit card for her. When she came in on August ** 2013 and Ask me for a wedding band sets I start showing her different sets and also she asked to see some engagement rings because she's thinking of upgrading her Existing engagement ring. For almost one hour [redacted] Trying on Different Rings and Defend Wedding Band and Also Made Her Fiance Try on A Few Different Rings. For the first half-hour she seemed very nice and calm but then Half hour later she started changing and seems little nervous and Acting a little weird especially after She tried on different engagement rings. One hour later she decided what she want she pick two rings one for her and one for her fiance for a total amount of $2800.00. Her card limit was only $2000 so we called GE capital Bank upon her request to increase her credit limit and she was only approved for $500 more. She handle her credit card to us and told us to go ahead and charge 2500 and That she will go to the bank and withdraw $300 from the ATM machine. Right after she left we start to Place all the rings she was looking at back on display And that's when we noticed there was one engagement ring missing from the display. [redacted] took long to come back to the store After she left to get more money complete the purchase, So we called her about 45 minutes later and asked if everything was okay and that her rings are ready for pick up But he was shocked with her attitude on the phone and That she's not coming back to the store. So we informed her that credit card has been charged as she requested and she need to come back to the store to do a refund and so her response was very rude and using nasty words Such as why the [redacted] did you charge my card When she originally gave us the permission to charge it while she go to the bank and bring more money to complete the purchase. So we tried to calm her down on the phone and explain to her that we only charged the card Because she give us permission to do so but she Continue to use nasty words. So we asked her to come back to the store so we can solve this problem and also we have another problem, there is a ring missing And we would like to ask her if she knows anything about it. As soon as mentioned the missing ring she hang up on us and never answered her phone back. We tried to call her Half-hour later From a different number and She answered the phone This time a different sales person was talking to her And tried to explain to her the situation again and asked her to come back to the store To resolve the issue and also ask her about the missing ring and again as soon As we mentioned the missing ring she hang up. Half hour later they they came back to the store asking for us to refund the charge she Authorized earlier of $2500 . and give her the card back .we asked her to Waite so we can review the camera recording and also called The technician and the police to review it with us but They refused to do so and left the store right away. About an hour later the police showed up and the technician guy and we reviewed the cameras after telling the police what happened and we observed that the customer reached up to her purse a few times however we were unable to tell what exactly she put in her purse and for that the police refuse to make a report and advised us to take it to small claims court. The very next day we tried to contact the customer twice and she did not answer the phone So

we went ahead and we contacted GE capital Bank To explain the Situation and they advised us to refund the money to the account because the customer did not signed the receipt and that's exactly what we did, We went ahead and refunded the amount of $2500 back to the account.
