Review: I bought my windows from d[redacted]s aluminum in 2003, with a life-time guarantee as long as I own my house. I have two windows that I e-mailed them all the info on, that need to be replaced. this was over a month ago. I have called repeatedly, and get a recording. or sometimes an answer, that the windows are on there way, this monday, or this friday, and so on. I even told Cary, that he could have them delivered right to my house, and I would install them, no problem. we agreed, but still no windows, and no answers to my many calls. so now maybe with a little push from Revdex.com, I can get them finally.Desired Settlement: getting my windows, asap.
