Daniels auto brokers Reviews (2)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Not any of his statement is truth, I only gave this man my 600 dollar down payment because I made me think he was a professional business, I can get statements that he sent me to this man's house more than once I have text Mr [redacted] stated he was  moving my scheduled payment to the 22nd he never handed, at mailed, any invoice stating a delinquent account I haven't had a tag the whole 3 months I've had the vehicle and when I questioned Mr [redacted] about my tag he told me to call a number he provided me and a stranger number I do not know and he said they would give my tag. I then questioned Mr [redacted] who's name my tag was in, he neglected to give that information and on the 23rd towed my vehicle while I was at work. When I asked Mr [redacted] why would he do that and I'm not behind he became very rude and unresponsive to my questions.

Regards,
[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] came to the dealership on July 9th 2014 to and brought a 2000 Chevy Impala. Before she did paperwork I allowed her and her dad to...

test drive the car and take it to their mechanic to look over it. After returning from test drive I advised her this is a used car and the car is being sold as is, which she signed all paperwork stating that was the deal. In responds to her first claim I sent her to a mechanic friend of mines which kid was sick so he ask her to come to his home instead of his shop. Which he was able to fix A/C and in the event it stop working she will need to bring it back within a reasonable amount of time (1-3 days) customer never called him back until weeks later. [redacted] repaired windshield for customer, she wasn’t able to take it to their shop so I asked could they do it in her job parking lot to make it easy for her. The reason I wanted to make it easy for her because I had the windshield over a month waiting on her to come get it done. After [redacted] install windshields they advice customer not to shut car door with glass rolled up, because the air pressure from shutting door could break the glue seal. The customer didn’t follow their advice in which lead to glue seal being broken and allowed water to leak in. [redacted] then return out to customer job parking lot the day after being told to uninstall and reinstall windshield. The reason mildew is in the car is because customer allowed the rain water to sit in the car. The customer car was up for repo, because as stated in paperwork from July 9th 2014 she will make a payment of $225 on the 9th of each month starting 8/9/2014 for eight months with one last payment of $169.99. Ms. [redacted] didn’t not make her first payment until 9/7/14 which was the only payment she has made. Ms. [redacted] is about three months past due on payments, and I also have a copy of all signed paperwork which I’m willing to provide to the Revdex.com.
