Daniel's did a good job of waterproofing my basement . The job was done in January of this year (2016) The weather got warm and rained they told us they would be back in the spring to fix the yard they came with a lot of dirt that dirt was all used to put back around my foundation that was very sunken in the grass seed that was put down in all the bare patches in my lawn was just thrown on the ground with straw thrown overtop of it guess what there is nothing growing now in my yard or my two neighbors yards that there equipment destroyed now I am getting a song and dance about read your contract XX XXX only fixes so much we do not basically care if your lawn is messed up or if you are happy . I am not happy and I am sure my neighbors are not happy either about equipment that sunk because of the weather leaving ruts and no grass for my other neighbor. So if you decide to use Daniel's for your waterproofing make sure you are very clear that if the weather gets bad or rainy or wet that you make them take there equipment off you're property until you'** lawn is completely dry before they begin again .Also [redacted] there sales rep is a nice man until you start to question him about why things got fixed the way they did then he becomes an as.

We scheduled to have our basement waterproof through Danielle's waterproofing. Taking with other contractures we did not feel comfortable with the work they were going to provide and did not feel their system was the best for our basement. We decided to cancel their services before our scheduled appointment. However because they request a certain amount upfront we paid out about 800$ not realizing there was a 72 hour cancellation deadline so they would not refund our money. This is big financial decision and I feel with adequate notice I should be able cancel without loosing my money. Just a warning for other costumes if you don't feel comfortable do not jump the gun like I have done , make sure you are comfortable with their work and read the fine print in everything you sign !!!!!
