Yes the deliver the first order merchandizes delay 30 day after the due day and the second is one of the merchandize is old and use which I order is new. Still delay I'm not satisfy of their service I keep waiting they promise. I have a copy of original date of order and they have the delivery receipt date and sign by me

I received a 99.99 dollar credit (discount) due to a completely unrelated situation that involved the delivery of the merchandise purchased. I received no compensation for the issue that I reported on.

I was advised by the cashier department that they went ahead and credited the customer account for the $29 that her bank charged her for the NSF check. We went ahead and also credited her account with $20 for the fee we applied to her accounts for the NSF check. The total credit was $49, I...

also went ahead and contacted the customer and let her know. Customer thanked me and I guess everything is good now. Again I apologize for the delay in getting the response. If there is anything else that I can help with please let me know. Thanks.

We want to start by saying that we will credit the 30.00 the customer has requested. The credit will be at the end of the term. In other words, when his balance reaches 30.00 he will owe nothing.  While we have agreed to credit these late fess he must understand that when he pays late he will...

be charged late fees. Also, his account number will always be [redacted]. With his first purchase his account was [redacted]-11 and on his second purchase his account was [redacted]-12. When a customer makes a purchase the account number remains the same, we just add two numbers at the end to identify that purchase. As you can see by the attachment he is current and not due till 11/15/14. The reason he has late charges is because he did not pay the July payment.

They delivery the merchandise today April 24 2015 my second complain is they delivered a use merchandise (open box) instead a new one ( close box) I call then and I ask why the chair (merchandise) is old  [redacted] said I have to wait due to out of stock once it come about 30 days they will replace...

it I just informing this matter once they don't replace it then I will file a charge for them thank you again for the support you give to me

Daniel’s home Center  have the purpose of providing excellent Customer service even when the merchandise  is out of the manufacture warranties , and the damages are consider customer abuse with Mr. [redacted] we already did everything  we could to satisfy all his requested for his service needs.Unfortunately in this case we have 2 situations;1.       On his refrigerator we helped him 3 times even the unit is roach infested and He used the wrong liquid to clean doors and finally got rusted.2.       On his 3 pieces sofas we also took all pieces for repair and service even they were all dirty and stained, every time customer requested. Taking all this in consideration You can see that we are working with the customer in every single detail of services  that He requested, and we don’t understand why He is filing a complaining against us. We worked with him every time he called but we were not able to get an approval to exchange the merchandises  due to it being roaches infested  the  refrigerator had a lot of   stains and the sofas were very dirty . With Mr. [redacted] we already did what we could and more to repair even the warranty was voided for roaches infested and dirty conditions on merchandise  and the damages were consider to be customer abuse.We also wanted to advised you that the primary account holds name is [redacted] and the co signer name is [redacted]. Thanks in advance for understanding [redacted]Daniels Home Center
