We installed shake roof six years ago due to hail damageWe purchased product thorough certified roofing supplier in our area * *** *** so all product including nail from supplier who recommend to useWe are installer not supplier so all materials used by their recommendationAlso contract
clearly mentioned years installation warranty but not cover any wind storm damageWe explained to owner before sign the contractWe repaired two times before due to wind damaged with minimum labor cost.At this time, wind storm affected all over our area including *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***, and every whereWe can't help mother nature.If home owner called us and asked us to check the roof due to storm, we could go to check for him because he is our customerHowever, we did not receive any call or email from him.Most home owners now know that many insurance claims going on due to this storm and try to fix roofing, siding, trim, gutter and etc.Anyway, I am willing to check the roof if owner contracted us.
