Review: I bought a product on [redacted] website (http[redacted]) which in 08/**/13 described a jacket as Wool blend and a second time, in the end of the description, just as "100% Wool". I undestood that the jacket was made of a mix of wools. When I received the product I noticed in its tag's description that actually it was made of 52% wool, 40% polyester, 5% rayon and 3% other fibers. I contacted [redacted] Buyer Protection which suggested me to get in touch to the seller. I explained to him what I mentioned above and that he should have described at least the materials (fabrics) used in the blend. He told me that it is just like this in the United States. I told him that I would like to return the product and have all the refund. He didnt't agree and I told him that was my final decision. That I would let [redacted] decide what would gonna be. He told me for the last time that could give my money back but not the shipping costs. Actually he charged me shipping costs that were almost the price of the jacket itself. And I said no. Surprinsingly [redacted] said that analyzed everything and that I couldn't have my refund... That the seller was right. And didn't give any othet reason.Desired Settlement: I want to return the produt back and have my money back.
