that 110% of estimated charges be collected at the time of delivery and to bill the remaining charges. This was all noted on the estimate and we can provide a copy for the Revdex.com to review. We did review the file and based on our findings the amount due was true and based on actual weights obtained at certified weight stations.
In regards to the shuttle it was discussed at the time of the estimate and prior to delivery as we typically do not have access to the delivery address that is located in another state. The driver is required to attempt to make delivery with his tractor trailer, and this driver attempted and could not deliver safely. The driver had no choice but to completed the shuttle.
