Daniel's Moving and Storage, agent of Atlas Van Lines moved our household goods to McAllen, Texas.The household goods arrived three weeks later because the following issues:1. Lack of logistics and and poor management regarding the timing and coordination of household goods transportation.2. No interes in work ethics of the relocation consultant, [redacted] The delay made my family sleep on the floor in a empty house for too long.Product_Or_Service: Moving Husehold GoodsOrder_Number: ATLAS # HSXXXXXXDesired SettlementI have asked for at least 10% discount but Daniel's Moving and Storage refused without any expalantions.I still want at least 10% discount for the moral situation generated by this company to my family because luck of professionalism and etics with a customer.Business Response /[redacted]/Mr. [redacted]'s delivery was indeed delayed and all available assets were put in place to recover as quickly as possible.He was counseled and updated regularly and offered assistance to file a delay claim which is standard operating procedure in our industry and with Atlas Van Lines.This delay was not caused by lack of professionalism or ethics violations. Peak season delays are regrettable and procedures are in place to assist consumers when these events occur. Mr. [redacted] chose not to take advantage of the options available leading to his family "sleeping on the floor." Completely unnecessary and his personal choice.
