Absolutely the RUDEST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I've ever encountered. This is our exchange thus far, from my email to their customer service regarding their reply on Google Reviews:
"To whom it may concern--
I am in utter shock regarding the reply to my poor--though sadly accurate--Google review regarding your business. I had an unpleasant experience with Matt in the oil department and said as much. We have previously been customers of yours and I had reached out to enquire about renewing our contract. I left Matt a voicemail to which he never replied. I called again the next week and spoke to him in person and he was less than professional. He acted put out to answer questions. In fact, he seemed to go out of his way to turn away our business. I asked he send the information via email, which he failed to do. I decided to go with Cash Oil, instead.
I left a Google review, which I am enclosing:

Very disappointed with the service. Left a message for Matt in the Oil department and he never called back. When I did reach him he was short with me on the phone and never sent me the info I requested via email. I had a great experience with the folks there in the past, but Matt turned me off. I chose another vendor."
THIS WAS THE REPLY I RECEIVED:

Ms. Kossack – your criticism is groundless. Period. We have thousands of customers. You were NOT one of them. When your oil provider couldn’t come to your home on a Saturday you called us. We were already servicing our customers. You expected us to drop service for a customer simply to solve your problem. You’re living in a fantasy world. Especially when you consider how rude you were to our CSRs. Please – DON’T call us again."
In what world does a business address buyers, potential or otherwise, this way? This is highly insulting as well as completely inaccurate. I never called on a Saturday demanding service. Check your logs and your recordings. To falsely claim I was rude and then tell me I am "living in a fantasy world" is beyond the pale. I called for information and with the potential of my business. This is the response I got? When the fault lay completely on your end? UNREAL.
Rest assured I will let it be known widely and clearly how unprofessional this experience was and I will do my utmost to steer any and everyone away from doing business with you.
Matt is an abrupt jackass. I can only guess he was the one who wrote the reply. By all means, insult your potential clientele...you deserve such an inept employee and I hope you continue to lose customers.
I've reported the response to Google and will be contacting the BBB, as well as will be sharing my impressions on social media.
