I am rejecting this response because:
g Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is a decent person but he is not a good plumber. He left black marks in the toilet bowl and when I asked him about how to clean it up, he said, "I don't know". Additionally, yes he was going to give me a free toilet and then charge me $75/hour for installation. I will never have him back in my home again and I will never give him a recommendation.
