The customer has one roof on the shed completed by us which is happy withthe house we offered to make corrections but the customer refuseddemanded an entire new roof which is not necessary when only one sheet of metal needs to be replace and some trim..which we are glad to replaceThanks***

We do our best to all customers.. I did not guarantee that the job would take only 2 days.. that job was more involved than 2 days.. because it involved two roofs. There was some bad weather which blew part of the roofing felt off and caused the leak in the bathroom.. we repaired it as soon as...

possible and after the area was dried.. we repainted it.. there was another large area in the floor in several places of the home which were not roof related, because the attic area wood was completely dry.. the home is partially in ground and it appears it has foundation leakage. However there were 3 things that were not done correctly which I offered to replace and repair at no extra charge. The customer refused the correction.
