I bought a Century Arms N-PAP AKbrand new from a local dealerThe first time I took it out to shoot ammo I bought from Academy (full metal jacket ammo) the rifle jammed times in slow measured shots (not rapid fire)Also the rifle was very smokey and hotI waited until monday to call customer service for a warranty claim so they could fix my rifleThe man who answered the phone gave me the email address for support to file a ticketI did so and kept getting excuses and told that this is for a new rifleI've owned many guns and never had a jam or the smokingJamming is a huge problemThe gun is not functioning properlyClear cut issue they should have taken on warranty and fixed it but the guy kept telling me that it was probably factory grease that needed to be cleaned out and was very condescending and not wanting to own up to a possible profit loss on a defective rifleI just wanted it fixedThe Ak is supposed to be the most reliable rifle in the worldThis is the most unreliable rifle I've ever shot and it's brand new.,
Ive attempted to make purchases on numerous occasions and I will no longer be doing so Bought two guns that I had to return that were unsafe to fire, one that was blatantly misrepresented on the website and they sent me the wrong gun, same manufacturer, wrong gun, total bait and switch, and it took three weeks to get my refund Now I've made a purchase that was cancelled because they are advertising guns for sale that don't actually exist According to Customer Service, they "should have never been put on the website", implication is someone at the company bought them instead of allowing them to be sold to customers Of my attempts to buy guns, only one was positive, I will never attempt to buy from them again
Firearm sent to Century for warranty, not responding to numerous emails, not resolving issue
I sent a firearm under warranty, the company responded that it was not repairable and they did not have stock to replace it, and they would be issuing a credit to the dealerThe dealer is no longer in business and I asked century in an email dated 6/and they did not respondI sent another email on 6/with no response, again on 6/no response and also on 6/with no response
