I honestly do not know who he customer is that she is referring to. The collection agency was not contacted on any customer record that was not at least months old. I need more information to research this situation, but what she is saying simply cannot be true. Dan

I am rejecting this response because: the update is that my mother ended up paying a portion of the bill, so this is why I am rejecting it. I guess now it is resolved because she paid, but I really believe she shouldn't have paid. Because a collection agency called within a few days of the plumber coming out, it sounds like they collected a portion of payment from her. I expect and should hope that she will no longer get any calls or inquiries from this business in the future
