Pruning a tree? It cost 800.00. It should have been PRUNED from top also, not leaving a foot trunk. I will send you a photo. The owner was very unwilling to come to see the finished outcome, despite numerous phone calls to him by this year old consumer.

Review: Contracted to eliminate branches and some partial cutting back of trunk, whereby this heavy foliage issue would be eliminated from my yard and my neighbors yard, from a large tree. The tree is approximately 40 + feet high. The company ONLY removed the top branches, leaving the entire trunk. The foliage is growing back. This company representative knew the issue! I am 92 years old and my neighbor is also a senior citizen. He was told that we did not wnat this problem of foliage. He/his workers left a 40 foot + trunk. Not only is this dangerous in extreme weather but it is unsightly AND producing foliage. My daughter phoned his office 2X and spoke to the owner as well. The owner would not even come to the house to observe what his workers left behind. The price was approximately $750.00.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to use the chain saw, as they had on the initial visit, to take down the trunk about 10-15 feet below the foliage line. It probably would have taken no more than 10 minutes since they were already up the ladder beyond that height. NOTE: THE OWNER WOULD NOT EVEN COME BACK TO THE HOUSE TO SEE THE ISSUE HIMSELF.
