terrible customer service , no contact phone number . prices are cheap but the quality is lacking , be prepared to pay return shipping even if the part is wrong or does not fit. even tho they say they will pay return shipping if its there fault , they will insist on you taking pictures of why part wont fit .like your suppose to leave your bike tore down for days ! . decat pipes have no mounting tabs for fastening to the bike which puts stress on your header ! slip on mufflers are ok.

I purchased a Danmoto Yamaha FZ8 All Years XG-1 (EX-00469) exhaust from the danmoto US website (Order Number: [redacted]) on 11-9-2013 and received it on 11-18-2013. The exhaust shipped without all of the required mounting hardware. Danmoto only ships one bolt with the muffler which is not enough to attach it to my motorcycle. It was only during installation of the muffler on my bike that I realized I did not have enough bolts to properly install it on my motorcycle. I could not have known the muffler would require additional bolts prior to installation. Danmoto e-mailed me stating I must use one of the bolts from the [redacted] muffler that came with the motorcycle, but for me this is not possible because I need to reserve the right to sell my [redacted] muffler with all the [redacted] bolts. The website product description did not state additional hardware was required from the [redacted] muffler to install the xg-1 exhaust, nor was it stated in the installation instructions that shipped with the exhaust. Also, the muffler connects to their mid pipe with a loose fit that might let exhaust gases escape. For all of these reasons I wanted a refund. I e-mailed danmoto asking to [redacted] my muffler back (re: [redacted] ) on 11-25-2013 for a refund. I safely packaged all items in bubble wrap and shipped it to their Reno, NV address. Danmoto received the items and refused to issue me a refund stating:"Upon inspection of the returns good we found that the products have been used and have also several scratches/blemishes, caused by usage/installation."Danmoto refused to issue me a refund and shipped the muffler back to me against my wishes. When he shipped the muffler back to me he did not wrap the items in bubble wrap. They were placed in the box, very loose. In shipping the metal parts banged together and the muffler arrived in scratched condition (not the condition I shipped it to them in). I already payed to ship the muffler back to Danmoto once and it was returned against my wishes. I e-mailed the seller and asked if the pipes I was ordering were made for my [redacted] and Danmoto replied with pipes that were made for my motorcycle. I order them and when I received them I could not install because there was no hardware included to mount the brackets to the motorcycle. I sent another e-mail to Danmoto and they told me I had to purchase Bolts, washers and nuts and I had to remove cables that were attached to the original pipes. There was also no exhaust gaskets so I had to purchase those as well. They told me to use the old gaskets and [redacted] does not recommend re-using gaskets. Finally There is no way to mount my lower fairing to the motorcycle which is proof that these pipes are not made for my motorcycle. The original pipes I'm replacing with the Danmoto pipes has a hole to mount the lower fairing these Danmoto pipes have no hole to mount the fairing to. I have a picture of the lower fairing and original pipe which will prove these Danmoto pipes are not made for my specific motorcycle.Product_Or_Service: Exhaust pipesOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementTo keep these Pipes I will need 125.00 or 50.00 and a bracket with a mounting hole so I can mount the lower fairing or a full refund

This company sold me a rearset pair for my motorcycle. The parts came to me as defective. When I asked for replacement parts for the defective parts, I was sent something that did nothing to resolve the problem. When I notified them of this, their "customer service" rep told me I could get a refund. What I wanted was what I paid for. A working part for my bike. My machine is essentially in usable in its current condition with their parts. I requested that they send me a verified working part and include a shipping label for the return of the defective parts. Not an unreasonable request in my opinion, if the company is actually concerned with keeping their customers. Their response was that I would have to remove the bad parts from my bike for the fourth time (having done it 3 times previously on their urging to inspect the components), and then package and ship them to them. At that point they would inspect the parts and repair or send a new assembled set. That could take several weeks to get done with their incredibly poor record in past dealings. That is completely unreasonable. After purchasing an exhaust for the exact Make and model of my motorcycle after hours of trying to install I realized that the brackets where in no way gonna fit properly on the bike also I was not satisfied with the sound of the exhaust witch there return policy says not satisfied qualifies for a return after returning the product spending 21.20 of my own money to return to the company I receive an email saying the exhaust I sent back was damaged from heat which I find completely false but the company has the exhaust so there is no way of proving it even after they said they would send pictures which I requested and still have not received the exhaust was ran on the bike for 5-7 minutes on and off due to the mounting issues.
