He was very happy he said with two of them and promptly took them to the tailorOne pair was a little different
color that he wanted so he asked to return themWe provided return instructions to himbut the trousers NEVER arrivedWe asked him to start a TRACE with UPS for the package as he was the one who shipped them(This is the UPS or led Ex procedure....whoever ships must start the search.) We have not had any further note from him on this lost package as of todayOnce they arrive---he will be
creditedWE HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING SINCE----to this day on this search or additional emails from himIf he has written to us....we have not received those emailsWe ask that he resend any further correspondence

How hard is it to exchange for one size larger? Well, at Dann-online, apparently, it's pretty hardI received a gift from someone...needed to exchangeUnlike most on the more reputable online sales businesses I have encountered, Dann charges shipping to the gift giver on the original shipment....then if you wish to exchange, you don't simply send back the wrong size and receive the right one....you must repurchase the correct size, they will charge the shipping again...then you can return the wrong size to them and they will refund the item cost, but not the shipping....so between me and the gift giver, we have paid $three times ($total) to ship an $pair of pants and exchange them
Dann Online does not ship promptly, does not respond to customer inquiries readily, and does not readily or easily reimburse customers for returned items.
