Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11737652, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I spoke to *** *** and explained to her that the contract stated
the vehicle is a Silverado Classic Crew Cab LS, which it is. I also
explained to her that her vehicle was registered with the DMV and they
wouldn't have processed the paperwork if there was a VIN issue. I
think
that *** is concerned about not being able to purchase a car for
her daughter because of the repossession with American Auto Finance. I
let her know that the repossession was out of my control but I would try
to help her if she tried to buy a car for her daughter.

Hello Mrs*** you purchased your vehicle 4/18/from us and not only got the best customer service at the time but we also gave you a month/mile service contract at no extra costIm confused on your opinion of us because you wrote this review over a year and a half after you purchased

I am rejecting this response because:
I am writing because I do not accept the response from Dan's Discount AutoWhen he contacted me after I posted my bad review on line,the owner *** said many things that he did not hold to when I took the van in as he requestedHe stated that he would have the van assessed and he assured me that as long as it was not the catalytic converter needing to be fixed, that he would assist in getting the van smogged and things like the door and trunk fixed, at no cost to meHis mechanics said the door didn't work due to my kidsNissan stated otherwiseThe trunk and wiring were not even checkedHe was going to charge me for the smogInitially he stated that there were no red flags as to the van clearing a smogIt went from all is good to I need in workHis mechanic stated no codes come up for the trannyI have mechanics who state otherwiseAT ONE POINT HIS MANAGER *** ASKED ME IF I WOULD BE ALRIGHT AND AGREEABLE TO TRADING THE VAN STRAIGHT ACROSS FOR SOMETHING ALONG THE SAME LINE AS THE VANOF COURSE I SAIDWell two hours of hearing nothing and being ignored as well as being told I could leave , im informed by *** that there is nothing they can do but offer me the in work(cheaper than anywhere else) unless I want to pay out of pocket for a down and payment I did not ask for anythingI had been ignored and turned away without any help times prior*** contacted me and offered all that he did to go back on it all. Since I took my van to him my door no longer works, all problems still exist, not only this,but I found out the odometer was rolled back at some point which I was never informed of. The tranny should have been serviced I was toldI have only drove the van 15,miles if thatObviously the van was junk when it was soldAll I want is what he said he would do for me, right his wrong and actually help me.I know for a fact that he could give me a decent car within the same price range that I paid and not be out anything, as well as receive a huge tax write off. If he had a conscience he would do what's rightHe would not allow his wife to have this done to herWell its just me and my girls and all we want is for him to be true to the words that he spoke to us on his own free will
