A full week is needed to do the repairs and for safety because of the weather also let's pick a break up week also.Approximately 2 weeks.Send us a schedule and we will accommodate the repairs.During the time of the repairs nobody can walk on the fresh concrete .Please ensure  you are talking the proper measure to prevent that nobody will walk on the concrete.We are trying to eliminate the last time scenarios .We are not responsible of any damages occurring after working hours.Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Review: This Company/Owner put a new metal deck and new concrete walkway on the 2nd floor. After completion of job we noticed many cracks and uneven lower spots where water can stay on walkways which are unsafe for everyone to walk on and now it's getting icy and slippery during the cold weather season. We tried to contact an owner and employees to stop by in the beginning to look at the unprofessional job and very poor quality workman ship. He sent one employee after two months later to look at the job site. After the inspection he supposes to return with proper products to correct the issues but never came back. Again, I tried to contact the owner many times by phone and email but unfortunately he never ever pick up the phone so I had to leave voice massages but he never returned any phone calls or came to look at the issues. Now it's very dangers situation for second and first floor because water sits on the second floors and leak through many cracks on the first floor so both floors are watery and icy/slippery during colder temperatures.Desired Settlement: Owner/Employees need to communicate with us in timely manner to fix all cracks profanely and even out the second floor walkway so water doesn't sit on the walkway.
