At this time, I have been contacted directly by Dannijo regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

class="MsoNormal">Despite the fact that Dannijo sold me a pair of earrings that were advertised as .75" but were in reality over an 1", Dannijo's customer service has contacted me to say that they would not pay for return shipping.
I feel that I am still owed $19.28 for return shipping.
