Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] is not being honest and truthfulWhen he was here in and worked on the foundation, he never told me that he did not put a new foundation at the corner where the brunt of the impact hitHe finished and leftAs for September when I called him and told him about the corner sinking, He said he would be out on Wednesday and when he didn't come, he never called and he never told me that he was really busy and it would come out when he couldHe said he would come out on WednesdayI tried calling him on Thursday and Friday several times but he never answered my calls or return my callsIn fact after I finally stopped trying to call him, October, November, December p***ed and I never heard from himI called him again in January and he answered and I talked to him againHe said it was too wet at the corner to put a new concrete foundation and I told him that was where the impact of the tree branch hitThe foundation had collapsed and I was having multi water leaks from the collapseThat is why under the kitchen area the ground was wet and was wet when he added the other four concrete foundations next to the old onesAnd my yard is not heavy clay as he saidMy son works at the [redacted] where there is heavy clay and he knows when clay is dry, it is very hard to dig and when it is wet, it is easier to digMr [redacted] is making up excuses why he did not do the cornerAnd I told him it was sinking at the corner because he failed to place a new concrete foundation thereI did not get ugly with him at allHe apparently did not like it because I told him he should have put one at the cornerThen he said, " You filed a complaint with the Revdex.com for something that is not my fault and now I have this on my record." I just said to him alright Mr [redacted] Thank youThat is all I said and he is saying that I was very ugly to him and I was impatient with him that he had planned to come when he had timeWhy did he not tell me that back in September that he would come when he had timeHe told me he would be out on Wednesday but never called or came output the new Regards, [redacted] ***

I have talk to [redacted] ***I explain to her just like I did the day I fix her problemI have know warranty on piers I put on pads & ConcreteThere is a heavy clay soil where she livesIt is a shrink swell type soilThese type piers I put under here house can move and need adjustments from time to timeShe needs to adjust the one pier, This pier has a big tree root running by itIt takes extra moisture from soil dearing a droughtMrs [redacted] got to impatient on me coming for I was busy and had to work it inShe started getting ugly with her wordsSo I have not been there [redacted]

When he was here in 2010 and worked on the foundation, he never told me that he did not put a new foundation at the corner where the brunt of the impact hit. He finished and left. As for September 2015 when I called him and told him about the corner sinking, He said he would be out on Wednesday and when he didn't come, he never called and he never told me that he was really busy and it would come out when he could. He said he would come out on Wednesday. I tried calling him on Thursday and Friday several times but he never answered my calls or return my calls.
