The invoice this customer paid was to be credited toward future work if they hired us to do the work on the attached estimate totalling $5, The customer did request for us to come out and only do a portion of the estimate and stated that he would complete the other repairs with us on a future date We agreed to credit the estimate cost toward the roofing work stated on the estimate which was only a portion of the total estimate However the customer themselves could not be present so when our crew showed up the clients representative whom was not who we contracted with was asking our crew to do other items not listed on the proposal and asked our crew to leave I have since attempted to contact MrAndrews to meet on site to be sure we are all on the same page but he has refused to allow us the opprotunity to do the work they agreed to let us perform He has also stated they had the work done by someone elseThe deal was we would only credit the estimate which saved them thousands of dollars mind you, if we were to perform the work No work has been performed so no credit can be givenThe fee was for the estimate which they did recieve

This is the reason why we charge for these types of transactions because typically as in your case it involves a cheap, selfish person attempting to get something for nothingYou received your estimate that you paid us for which in turn helped you greatly redcue the price of your real estate transaction by thousands of dollars. I suggest you quit wanting more, greed is not good If you would like to reschedule us to do more of the repairs on your estimate we would be more than happy to apply the estimate fee to your invoice for future services. The estimate we gave you also included several other repairs, so if you wish to move forward with those please adviseHenry the owner of our roofing subcontractor was present on the day the roofing repairs were to be completed, but your agent who ever that was did not know the matter of the scope and had confused our guys and asked them to leave. I responded to you that I was more than willing to meet you on the property myself to communicate and resolve the matter but you said you already hired someone else so you broke the termsI suggest you move on!

The invoice this customer paid was to be credited toward future work if they hired us to do the work on the attached estimate totalling $5,712.55.  The customer did request for us to come out and only do a portion of the estimate and stated that he would complete the other repairs with us on a...

future date.   We agreed to credit the estimate cost toward the roofing work stated on the estimate which was only a portion of the total estimate.  However the customer themselves could not be present so when our crew showed up the clients representative whom was not who we contracted with was asking our crew to do other items not listed on the proposal and asked our crew to leave.  I have since attempted to contact Mr. Andrews to meet on site to be sure we are all on the same page but he has refused to allow us the opprotunity to do the work they agreed to let us perform.  He has also stated they had the work done by someone else. The deal was we would only credit the estimate which saved them thousands of dollars mind you, if we were to perform the work.  No work has been performed so no credit can be given. The fee was for the estimate which they did recieve.

The business claims there is nothing to resolve. They base this claim on 2 points: first, that we entered into an agreement about refunding the quote cost if the work as performed (discussed in our original claim); and second, (a new point) that the customer was not onsite when the work was to be performed and the customer's agent requested additional work to be performed.
The second point relates directly to poor communication and customer service abilities of the business. First we note that our agent did not request additional work, but that the workers (the agents of the business, no foreman/manager was present) sent by the business did not understand the job as agreed upon by us and the business. When an issue arose between us and the business, they refused to communicate. Raising the issue that the customer was not on hand at the time of the repair is ridiculous, since video conferencing with a cell phone is simple and the business itself should have the forethought to decide whether they need face-to-face communication. Resolving the issue arising at the time of service was as simple as making a phone call. We do not know if the workers called their employer, but the business did not  contact us.
Instead, the business was silent for several weeks not answering our phone calls or emails. During this time we resolved the repair issues by other means. The business did not contact us until after we submitted a Revdex.com complaint.

Spoke with Danny and set up an appointment in which he never showed up or called to cancel . A waste of my time!!

Very good, rate the company a 9 out of 10.

I recently had a complete kitchen remodel done by this company. I was very happy with the work that was done by Danny and his crew. They were helpful, neat, respectful and meticulous about their work. The few bumps in the job were quickly taken care of in a professional manner. Their attitude is "customer is always right", which is every rare these days. The company is fair and honest and finished the job on time and within my budget. I would like to especially thank Danny, Dan, Andrew, and the rest of the men that worked on my kitchen. I definitely will hire them to remodel my two bathrooms and other jobs. I have and will continue to recommend this company to my family and friends.

We are so happy that we selected Danny Meador Construction for our kitchen remodel. We could not have asked for more in the crew he sent to work on our home. They were neat, respectful, helpful and polite. They arrived on time and worked the entire day - every day.

The job was done on-time and on-budget.

We will definitely use Danny Meador Construction again and have already recommended him to friends.

We hired Danny Meador Construction to paint the exterior of our home. We were so impressed by the attention to detail given by the painters. They took their time and made sure every detail was accounted for. They arrived on time to work each day and were very professional and friendly, which is important when you have someone working around your home. The end result was perfect and just what we wanted. We will be recommending Danny Meador Construction to our neighbors and friends!

They are highly recommended. Great crew, very pleasant, great attitudes.

I would highly recommend [redacted] with Danny Meador Construction. Danny’s crew completed our garage conversion to liveable space in a timely manner. The workers were all very professional, took pride in their work, and definitely went over and beyond our expectations. [redacted], the foreman on our project, was absolutely AMAZING! He worked hard, did great work, and very trustworthy. When we first started the project I was very clear with [redacted] communication was important to me and I am happy to say this was never an issue. Even after his family was in a very serious accident his employee ** continued to stay in touch with us and be sure all our needs were addressed. We always knew what was going on and when to expect people at our house. I recommend [redacted] and his crew to everyone I know. Never going through a renovation at this level I could not have asked for a better experience.

Had the bathroom remodeled. All the workers showed up on time, did a fantastic job as well as being very personable. Answered all my questions that I had about the remodel as the job progressed. To my surprise, everyone cleaned up after themselves and left me very little to do. Would use this company again in a heartbeat!!

I can highly recommend Danny and his employees as people with good work ethic and flexible enough to work in any situation. My husband and I just had our bathroom remodeled. This was our only bathroom and Danny efficiently tasked workers to help us manage. Danny was always available to talk to throughout the job. He is a man of his word and does not "pad the bill". This company is fair, honest and centered around the client. We love our new bathroom and have decided to have Danny and his crew remodel our kitchen next month. I want to also thank Jay, Daniel and Fabrezio for all the work they did.
