Let be begin by saying that I have three children, now all in college and out of the three different companies I shopped with for my child's graduation photos, the easiest experience was with Danny Santana PhotographyI had some difficulty with the website, since my computer was on the fritz and contacted the studio directlyA representative by the name of Jonathan walked me through the entire price list and answered all of my questionsAfter spending more than minutes on the phone as I had many questions, which by the way Jonathan was never pushy or tried to rush me, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet in the car and again, the representative waited for meI placed my order and received it via the postal service weeks later, previous orders for my other child's' photos took at least monthsI received a large order for under $250.00, the photos were beautiful and the packaging was extremely secureI would do business with them again and recommend their services to any school or parent

My experience with this company has been very unprofessional Let me begin to say my son took photos in December the turn around time that students received their photos was February I received my photos in July This company said reason for me not receiving my photo was because my son didn't know his address and they didn't have a contact number Now when I did received the photos there was a correct contact number that was never utilized The school even told me that the photos could have been mailed to the schoolSo just to let anyone reading this review the company is full of nonsense This company is very unprofessional , rude and need to be out of businessI have contacted them numerous times via email during business and non business hours but since it's an email address it does not matter what the time is because you will get the email , now calling it's a different issue their phone lines are always busyI recommend anyone looking for a professional photographer please do not use this business because you would regret itI would not waste my time writing this review but it's important customers know what type of business they dealing with

Review: My name is [redacted] and I am a senior at [redacted]. I am writing to inquire about filing a complaint against Danny Santana Photography. This third party photographer was hired by CUNY [redacted] to take senior graduation photos for all graduating students. I took my photos with this company yesterday 2/** at 2:00pm in the afternoon. The photographers seemed unprepared as they had a model of a graduation gown that was half the size of the real thing, two white cardboard like cut outs for shirt collars, and they did not have any business cards. I was told that I would get my proofs later that evening. When I arrived home I found an email from Danny Santana Photography with all of my proofs and it stated that we only had one (1) day to make purchases and yearbook selections. I went ahead and quickly bought what I thought was the most reasonable package for $208.79 as their packages were very high in comparison to my other friends' college photography companies. This morning, 2/** around 12 noon I received another email from Danny Santana Photography which now stated that students had until late March to purchase photos. I quickly called the owner of Danny Santana Photography to explain the mis-information on the first email that caused me to make a quick purchase decision and that now that I know I have more time is it possible for me to change my package request. He responded that the selections had already been retouched and would be sent out by the end of this week and that there was no other way to change my request except for buying another $200 package. I asked if he could cancel my request or file a complaint based on the misinformation given through his company's email. He responded by saying that he was in fact the owner and that no I could not cancel. I then called my campus and complained to the Student Affairs department who let me know that they had no control over third party photographers. I then called my credit card company and filed an unauthorized payment claim.Desired Settlement: I would first like to get my money refunded to my credit card account and for the package to be cancelled. I would then like to reorder another package within the given time frame.

After spending more than 20 minutes on the phone as I had many questions, which by the way Jonathan was never pushy or tried to rush me, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet in the car and again, the representative waited for me. I placed my order and received it via the postal service 4 weeks later, previous orders for my other child's' photos took at least 3 months. I received a large order for under $250.00, the photos were beautiful and the packaging was extremely secure. I would do business with them again and recommend their services to any school or parent.
