Danny Varner Building did a superb job in a major renovation of our house during an eight-month period from November 2015 to June 2016. The renovation was extensive, involving not only a new kitchen and three new bathrooms, but also a total rewiring of the house, replacement of the entire plumbing system, installation of a geothermal system, and raising the floor in three rooms from a slab to a level that matched the rest of the house. In all, the renovation ran above $200,000. We are very pleased with every aspect of his work. We were out of the country for most of the eight-month renovation, and Mr. Varner communicated constantly with us throughout the renovation, sending photos of the progress and asking our opinion on any matter that was unclear. I would immediately hire Danny Varner Building again for any future project in our house.
