Good morning,I would like to respond to this complaint We have been working very hard to keep MsR***'s business and take care of her She purchased a cocktail arcade, a pool table and a loveseat during a store closing event where there is signed paperwork stating 'no refunds, returns or exchanges' MsR [redacted] has the cocktail arcade in her home and I have a signed delivery order stating this I have the loveseat she ordered and can deliver it asap but she has refused it I have already paid for it and picked it up for her so I cannot return it She purchased a pool table in black but unfortunately the model she chose does not come in black My store manager sent me several other options of pool tables in black we can get for her asap and they are all up-graded models that we would cover the additional cost of but she is refusing those attempts as well.Danny Vegh's is not going out of business We closed one store location last month but our Mayfield Hts location and our service department are still fully functioning.If there are any warranty issues with any of MsR***'s product, I run the service department and I would take care of any of her needs.MsR [redacted] told me a screw or clamping was missing from her arcade top I asked her for a picture so I can get the part for her but she never sent a picture I would get the part and send a crew to her home to install it at no charge but I need a picture to know exactly what is needed.MsR [redacted] also asked for a manual or instruction booklet with her arcade and I sent her three different versions electronically.I would love to take care of MsR [redacted] and fulfill her order for her but am having difficulty doing so if she refuses to work with me Feel free to contact me with any questions.Thank you, Kimberly Z [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In response to Danny Veghs claim I signed papers stating there are no returns, I have NO paper work. The only paper work I have is the loan application for *** *** I can scan the paper work that was given to me and send it to you. I have no itemized receipt for the merchandise that was purchasedThe sales person said she would have in my paper work and it is not there. I would like to know what the charges are for the arcade and this love seatJust to see if they are the same prices this salesman said they are---I BET NOTI feel like this place is scamming meWho does business in this manner? I do not want a pool table I can not pick out myselfI will not take the pool table. I did send a picture of the screw to Kimberely, and the manuals I received I'd like to show them to youit's pieces of paperNo trouble shoooting information or phone numbers if the machine breaks. Thank you for the reply.MrDanny Vegh is going to try to find resolve for MsR*** and her custom pool table as our CEO Kathy Vegh is out of the country. He is working with several manufacturers and also spoke to MsR***'s attorney today to try and find resolve for her. I am very sorry but if a picture of the missing part was sent to me, I did not receive it so I emailed our arcade manufacturer to see if he knows what part is needed without a picture. I am waiting for his reply. I have attached the manuals that the arcade manufacturer sent to me that I sent to MsR***
