2/19/Customer came to our office to change her name on a title She was charged $to process the workTerri was her representative. Our office submitted the work and it was never rejected back so we were unaware of a problem until customer
called to report that she had not received title and that Penn Dot told her that no check had ever been submitted 3/21/ When customer called to speak to a manager she was transferred to Patti, who then relayed the message the work would need to be researched by Danny WSrthe owner Danny is very clear that we can not give out his cell phone or contact him in regard to business The customer was told that when he is contacted in the time frame that he generally allows then we will address the issue Customer was informed that such transactions need to be researched and her problem could take some time to be resolved As the receipt states, we are not responsible for Penn Dot errors or turn-around time 3/12/When owner came to the office, the issue was addressed and the problem corrected Customer was contacted and work was completed on 3/24/
