Original review: I took a car I just bought to get it detailed at the [redacted]  last sunday at 7:30amthey ran it through the wash and at 2:00pm it was still sitting outside without anyone touching itAt 4:pm they called and said it was doneThe car had just been washed and armor all applied over the dirtI took the car back and demanded my money back they said they dont give refunds but would gladly redetail the carI paid $for this detailToday I was in at 7:30am once again this time I stayed the entire timeAt 9:I got the first "Is this good enough?' I pointed out that they didnt touch the wheels and there was still dirt all over the dashAt 9:and 10:00am I got more "Is this good enough'sAt this point I went inside and asked for the Detail Mgrs boss' name and number and was given a name and number of a [redacted] I called and got voicemail and when I went to just get my car the MGR took my reciept and would not give it back to meI pointed out that there was still dirt with armor all on the knobs making them all stickyI had requested no armor all on both trips as I am allergic to a chemical in itHe replied " I buffed this car myself which I know was a lie because I watched the worlds fastest buff job on a car and he did not do itevery surface of the cars interior is now sticky and still tinted brown from the dirt that was never cleaned offThe MGR took a Sharpie and wrote in giant letters across my reciept DONE 7/4/I detailed cars for years and my equiptment is in storage but I know for a fact you cannot detail a brand new car in hours let alone a year old carI want to know what makes these bozos think their [redacted] labor is worth $an hourI build custom computers and I charge $an hourand I pay less when going to a doctors office that the outrageous price I paid to have nothing doneI had to purchase a steering wheel cover and seat covers because of the sticky surfaces that were causing me to break out in hives on my palms and arms wherever I came into contact with the car from the first so-called detailI would recommend this place to anyone looking to be robbed and looked at nastily when you complain about [redacted] work and wants to get pink hives all over their body in the vehicle they spend so much time commuting to and from their job inI feel like I robbed and want everyone to know to never take from the armor all that had been applied the first attempt to detail the carAt 9:30and 10:00am I got more times asked if the car was GOOD ENOUGHThis last time the detail manager took my receipt and would not give it back to meAt this point I went in and asked for the detail managers boss' name and phone numberAt 10:I called [redacted] at the number given to meAt 10:after being told very nastily nothing at all could possibly be done better to this car I got my receipt from the detail manager after he wrote in sharpie DONE 7/4/in large letters across the receipt and leftI detailed cars for [redacted] for yearsEverything from Chevy's to Lamborghini'sI know what it takes to do a detail job correctly and it cannot be done in to hoursWe used to charge $per car and that included trunk and engine compartment and it would take from 5-hours per carThat being said no less than 4-hours should have been spent on my car and at $I feel like I was robbed at $an hourOn top of all this the car stinks like the sewage water coming out of the waterfall at the car washI am willing to pay for the works wash which is all I feel was done to my carBut I demand a full refund for the $for the rest of the worst detail job in historyFollow up 7/7/2014: I paid $for an auto detail on 6/29/I dropped the car off at 7:amAt 12:30pm I had made a pass by on my way to lowes and the car was still sitting in front of the store in the line waiting to get startedI called at 3:pm to check the status of the car and was told it was donewhen I came to pick it up it looked as if it was only washed and nothing moreThe manager was not there and I decided to come back when the manager was thereOn 6/30/I revisited the car wash and spoke to the detail manager about my unhapiness in the job performedWe setup for bringing the car back in on 7/4/This time I stayed for the entire processI was witness to the worlds fastest supposed buffing job I have ever seen in my life and I detailed cars for yearsThe entire buff took minutesI was then told that the minor scratches in the car could not come out they would be impossible to get outI got the name of the detail managers boss' name and phone number and was given the name of [redacted] He called me up and I explained that I felt robbed and that no actual detailing took placeI met with [redacted] today 7/7/to get my refund only to be told that if I left the car with him for minutes he could re-detail the car from top to bottom and agreed that I was in fact ripped off on atleast service Wheel polishingThe wheels were never touchedI demand that I be reimbursed for the detail that never happened

I took my Fordflex in to get a oil change todayMy car has never had any issues and was running perfectly fine After the oil change my car would not go more than miles a hourThe guys knew this and tried to cover it up When I got in my car and it wouldn't run, I approached the manager to ask him what the heckWhy is my car not working and what did you guys doThey tried to tell me it was like this before and I had sensors that were not working REALLY? My car was perfectly fine, it never has had a issueThe manager *** was rude and nasty saying this happens all the time No no no this should not happen all the timeCome to find out even after speaking the corporate office they were just as rude taking no responsibility for this Further investigation there are many many others out there that feel the same way They are shady and run a bad operation

On 12/14/at hours, I went to Danny's car wash in *** *** **I had purchased a detail package for my vehicleAfter waiting an hour and watching three vehicles go in front of meI asked the supervisor when my vehicle would be taken inHe stated "I got no idea"Went to the car wash overall manager told him I wanted a refundHe stated "We can't do that"Overall manager went outside with me and I showed him which vehicles went ahead of mineThe attendant agreed with me and the manager refused to give me my money backI observed the detail manger and two other employees of the detail department stand for an hour while the attendant worked on three cars by himselfI have had poor service at Danny's before but never as poor costumer service as I experienced todayI will never go back

I recently moved to AZ from CA, and last summer decided on getting my Toyota Tacoma washed At the time they were also offering a detail special on a subsequent visit, which they said was applicable to other vehicles, for a period of year They said they would keep records and that I would not need to bring back the paperwork As I was interested in getting my BMW detailed I went ahead and purchased this I went back early this summer and they said they were unable t find any records, possibly because I now had AZ tags I returned with the CA tag numbers They searched their records, found a vehicle a match on July 25th I believe to my Toyota Tacoma, but as the tags didn't match they refused to honor it, and asked me to come back with the credit card receipt As I was taking off shortly on a two month road trip I did not have a chance to search my papers Since I have returned I have found the original paperwork, which clearly has my name on it and the make and model of my BMW It has now been over a year Basically I was screwed out of there $special I will not be returning to this establishment

I had my car washed and paid extra for the application of wax at the last stage of the washThe lights did not go on at the end of the wash cycle to indicate the application of the waxWhen IL complained to the manager he said the system applied the wax but the lights signaling the application were not functioning and had not been operational for many monthsThere is no way to ascertain if the wax is ever applied in spite of paying extra for this service I do not believe they are operating in an ethical manner

They advertise a $oil change, then apply hidden fees at check out, which are not advertised anywhere, or in the fine print! Terrible customer service

I recently went to Dannys Family Car wash on *** *** *** *** One of your emplyoees stole an Ipod from my carI informed the manager of what happenedHis name is *** ***He became irate threatened physical harm against meOne of the employees threw a wash towel at my faceDo not use DANNYS family car wash!

I took my vehicle to Danny's Family Car wash on friday January 10th around 4pm, off Raintree and Northsight Blvd to have the oil changed and the car detailedDanny's had had my car for about minutes when I received a phone call informing me that one of the Danny's employees crashed my vehicle into a wall due to "a glare from the sun" I was at my salon where I work, which is within walking distance of Danny's, when I received this callI walked back to Danny's where I saw the damage to my vehicleMy entire front bumper needs replacedMy front drivers light and also the left fender and possibly more will need replacedThe manager at that location, named *** was very nice and apologetic about what his employee has just done to my car He gave me a business card and told me I would need to speak to a lady *** who works in cooperateI was told to call get a estimate t the body shop of my choice and to contact *** and she would take care of meThey will cover all the costs of everythingI was happy with how *** handled the situationThe following Monday, January 13th, I took my care to a body shop and got a estimate doneI called *** the following day on Tuesday January 14thShe did not answer so I left her a message explaining what was going on and was told by her assistant I would be getting a phone call back from her that dayI never heard from *** on TuesdayI called her Wednesday the 15th, spoke to her assistant *** again and explained to him I needed her to return my phone call as soon as possibly to get this taken care of I called multiple times that day and left multiple messages and still never heard back from this so called ***I still never heard back from herOn Thursday I tried calling *** again and same thing happened as Wednesday At one point I was transferred to her personal line by her assistant and it went straight to voice mailFinally later in the day her assistant informed me *** had spoke with their insurance Company about my vehicle and gave me the claim # and who I would be speaking with*** ignored me for daysI was not able to speak with the insurance adjuster until Friday the 17th, which is a week after the accident accruedI am now dealing with their insurance company to move forward with getting my vehicle repaired I am extremely unhappy with how Danny's Family Car Wash, especially *** from cooperate handled thus situation First, my car should have never been crashed into a wallSecond, *** should have returned my phone call that Tuesday and told me what was going on and how to proceed forward It has been days since the accident occurred and my car is still not in a body shop yetWith this being one of their employees that crashed my car into a wall they should have taken responsibility immediately and been discussing with me how to move forward I was told *** was the only person who dealt with damages and the only person who could help me with the situationAlso, my window is dirtier than it was when I dropped the car offMy car got detailed and they left the window and center console still dirty That is completely unacceptable
