We werent done with this job we're suppose to come back and finish attempts we're made to correct this work The plumbing she refers to is was a temp install to allow the bath room to be used by her house guest til we could back and make the proper adjustmentsShe told use to put up the green board to save cost I beleive and didn,t ask her her reason the drywall was textured behind the mirror it was done at the same time the rest of the house was done when it was builtShe never ask to have it redoneShe bought and picked out the paint it was a darker color which had covering issuesShe also said she didn't like the colors after they were on the wall.This was a time and material job so me spending more time to do she wanted extra was no problem cause she would have to pay for the changes which of she made a few every day we were thereShe was refunded all the money she was charged and even got plumbing done on the out side of the house for freeThe was a new hose bib installed and a ball valve on the house main water supply which a lot of time to install since the meter valve would not shut off the water completelyThe labor on this and the valves and copper fittings were also refunded and none of that work is in her complaint but she still got it for freeI feel I'm done giving this person money or work for freeI made numerous attempts to satisfy this customer she didnt want it fixed she just wanted a refund and put in for before she even contacted me with the problems I just received a award for service for the year because of my customer serviceFeel free to contact me if you have any other questions

I did not ask for green board to be used. No taping or seal was done on the green board. There is no record of *** *** applying for a permit.The tub tile, grout and plumbing portion of the remodel was finished when *** *** left on Friday. The uneven installation of the tile, the gap behind the faucet and the areas of missing grout could not be “fixed” without a total tear down to the studs. I have pictures and written documentation from a licensed, insured contractor stating this.The paint work was sloppy with paint on the crown moulding, baseboards and missing in other placesEven the light switch cover was not removed…he just painted around it!*** *** was asked to install a valve outside so the water could be shut off to the house inside but not to the drip system outside. He did install a valve that shut off the water inside and outside. This was not what I asked him to do and therefore I do not feel I should pay for labor. I deducted the plumbing parts from the amount I have asked him to payMr*** planned to return in one week (after the granite was fabricated) to work on the vanity area. He wrote an invoice (on a proposal form) at that time and I paid the $2,on my Visa for work done to that point. He gave me the receipt for the green board and plumbing supplies he purchased. As I looked at the tile work, the crooked vanity, and the bent pipe from the wall, etcI was absolutely appalled at the poor workmanship. This did not meet my expectations nor standard of practice. I filed a claim with the Visa Dispute Center and this has been settled in my favor.Because
he has shown his work is very substandard, I will not allow him in my home
