Danny's A Big Rig Resort

I had Danny's Big Rig Resort change the oil on my commercial truck. After the completion of the service I drove out of the shop for 7 miles, and the oil leaked out of engine, because they did not put the filter correctly back on. I called Danny's Big Rig and they came to my location, put new oil and filter properly, however, the engine would not work properly - it was shaking. They - Danny's Big Rig, called Volvo Commercial Truck repair shop, and sent me to Volvo. In addition they authorized Volvo to inspect the truck for damages. Volvo did the inspection and informed Danny's Big Rig. Volvo also said that the price to fix the damages would be ~$9,000, which than was reduced to $8,118. Right now, Danny's Big Rig is refusing to pay the $8,118 damage. They only offer $5,000 and Volvo won't fix it without the full amount of $8,118. At this time, I have to cover the difference, and I do not believe that I should be held responsible for a damage that they (Danny's Big Rig) accepted as their fault. I believe Danny's Big Rig should reimburse me for the money that I had to pay to Volvo to repair the truck so I can get back on the road.
