(if you know):    **No Response**Complaint Information:    As requested we are responding to a complaint in reference to menu pricing. Our website did not have current pricing on specific (seasonal) menu items. Complaining customer brought the discrepancy to our attention and pricing was rectified that date of complaint. Our menu clearly states "all menu items (prices) subject to change".... We happily thanked her profusely and offered her a shake and fries for the inconvenience. She declined and rudely demanded her money back for the difference in our current pricing or a free lobster roll. We apologized again for the inconvenience but we CLEARLY post on our special board "Market Price" for lobster. Danny's is a very small business with a lot of competition. We do not feel we need to offer her a "free lobster roll" or the difference in the pricing. Food costs rise weekly. Small businesses struggle more today than ever. We have been consistent with the rise and fall just to stay in business. *She accused our employees of stealing and "pocketing" the monies. I am happy to follow through to bring suit to such said individuals and the accuser. *She claims the weight of lobster meat (in the roll) is NOT 1/4lb when in fact it is 4.1 to be exact ("over 1/4lb"). *She called us scammers which we would be again happy to follow through with defamation. We will not be held "hostage" or threatened. Our menu is not a binding contract. We have pleased the town of Stratford and surrounding towns in FFLD county since 1935. We are confident we please 99% of our customers. If we don't we ALWAYS compensate for any and all inconveniences.
