I took a car I just bought to get it detailed at the [redacted] last sunday at 7:30am. they ran it through the wash and at 2:00pm it was still sitting outside without anyone touching it. At 4:00 pm they called and said it was done. The car had just been washed and armor all applied over the dirt. I took the car back and demanded my money back they said they dont give refunds but would gladly redetail the car. I paid $300 for this detail. Today I was in at 7:30am once again this time I stayed the entire time. At 9:00 I got the first "Is this good enough?' I pointed out that they didnt touch the wheels and there was still dirt all over the dash. At 9:30 and 10:00am I got 2 more "Is this good enough's. At this point I went inside and asked for the Detail Mgrs boss' name and number and was given a name and number of a [redacted]. I called and got voicemail and when I went to just get my car the MGR took my reciept and would not give it back to me. I pointed out that there was still dirt with armor all on the knobs making them all sticky. I had requested no armor all on both trips as I am allergic to a chemical in it. He replied " I buffed this car myself which I know was a lie because I watched the worlds fastest buff job on a car and he did not do it. every surface of the cars interior is now sticky and still tinted brown from the dirt that was never cleaned off. The MGR took a Sharpie and wrote in giant letters across my reciept DONE 7/4/14. I detailed cars for 10 years and my equiptment is in storage but I know for a fact you cannot detail a brand new car in 2 hours let alone a 12 year old car. I want to know what makes these bozos think their [redacted] labor is worth $150 an hour. I build custom computers and I charge $45 an hour. and I pay less when going to a doctors office that the outrageous price I paid to have nothing done. I had to purchase a steering wheel cover and seat covers because of the sticky surfaces that were causing me to break out in hives on my palms and arms wherever I came into contact with the car from the first so-called detail. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be robbed and looked at nastily when you complain about [redacted] work and wants to get pink hives all over their body in the vehicle they spend so much time commuting to and from their job in. I feel like I robbed and want everyone to know to never take your car to these[redacted]. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

8)Dirt on turn signal/cruise control lever and button
9)Right rear and lower rear of bumper untouched
10)trunk deck has wax at license plate frame
11)Gas door untouched
12)Dirt all over shifter [redacted]
13)sticky heavy dirt on stereo volume control

At 10:00 after being told very nastily nothing at all could possibly be done better to this car I got my receipt from the detail manager after he wrote in sharpie DONE 7/4/2014 in large letters across the receipt and left. I detailed cars for [redacted] for 10 years. Everything from Chevy's to Lamborghini's. I know what it takes to do a detail job correctly and it cannot be done in 1 to 2 hours. We used to charge $150 per car and that included trunk and engine compartment and it would take from 5-8 hours per car. That being said no less than 4-5 hours should have been spent on my car and at $300 I feel like I was robbed at $150 an hour. On top of all this the car stinks like the sewage water coming out of the waterfall at the car wash. I am willing to pay for the works wash which is all I feel was done to my car. But I demand a full refund for the $284 for the rest of the worst detail job in history.

I paid $300 for an auto detail on 6/29/2014. I dropped the car off at 7:30 am. At 12:30pm I had made a pass by on my way to lowes and the car was still sitting in front of the store in the line waiting to get started. I called at 3:00 pm to check the status of the car and was told it was done. when I came to pick it up it looked as if it was only washed and nothing more. The manager was not there and I decided to come back when the manager was there. On 6/30/2014 I revisited the car wash and spoke to the detail manager about my unhapiness in the job performed. We setup for bringing the car back in on 7/4/2014. This time I stayed for the entire process. I was witness to the worlds fastest supposed buffing job I have ever seen in my life and I detailed cars for 10 years. The entire buff took 15 minutes. I was then told that the minor scratches in the car could not come out they would be impossible to get out. I got the name of the detail managers boss' name and phone number and was given the name of [redacted]. He called me up and I explained that I felt robbed and that no actual detailing took place. I met with [redacted] today 7/7/2014 to get my refund only to be told that if I left the car with him for 90 minutes he could re-detail the car from top to bottom and agreed that I was in fact ripped off on atleast 1 service Wheel polishing. The wheels were never touched. I demand that I be reimbursed for the detail that never happened.
I recently moved to AZ from CA, and last summer decided on getting my Toyota Tacoma washed. At the time they were also offering a detail special on a subsequent visit, which they said was applicable to other vehicles, for a period of 1 year. They said they would keep records and that I would not need to bring back the paperwork. As I was interested in getting my BMW detailed I went ahead and purchased this. I went back early this summer and they said they were unable t find any records, possibly because I now had AZ tags. I returned with the CA tag numbers. They searched their records, found a vehicle a match on July 25th I believe to my Toyota Tacoma, but as the tags didn't match they refused to honor it, and asked me to come back with the credit card receipt. As I was taking off shortly on a two month road trip I did not have a chance to search my papers. Since I have returned I have found the original paperwork, which clearly has my name on it and the make and model of my BMW. It has now been over a year. Basically I was screwed out of there $89.99 special. I will not be returning to this establishment.
