Danny's furniture

Review: I purchased a mattress at dannys furniture a few months ago . I noticed it started to like open up on the sides of where pillow top side of it and so I called to see if I can get it exchanged and so they had said yes I gave them my address and all so I waited for them to pick it up .. I call them and tell them ok did they arrive and they said yes they came twice which was not true because if they were outside my house they would call or ring the door bell.. But anyways I called again and a woman answer tell me it's the wrong number and says it's not dannys furniture and tells me they are going to block my number to stop bothering them .. Which is not right what they are doing I will never purchase from them again .!!!Desired Settlement: I just wanted my mattress replaced and really they are really rude they do not know how to handle a business they need to satisfy their customers I don't understand how someone can run a business .. I've never had to deal with this before. Very upset maybe if I can get a refund it would be better

Business(owner) called only spoke Spanish. He did not agree with the complainant in regards to the description of events that took place. He also believes that the situation has been resolved as the mattress has been exchanged.

I am rejecting this response because: It was replaced just this passed week but I keeped calling and they owner should say he didn't speak English which is a lie .. He does speak English and he would say it was a wrong number.. It made me very upset I am a sick woman.. But I don't think it's fair that they say lies like that hey it's their job to make there customers satisfied if we have a problem with their product..
