Review: On January **, 2014 when I went to Danny's store to pick up a bracelet he fixed for me, I asked him to clean my diamond pendant chain. While cleaning it a diamond stone fell out and he said he could not find it and that he would replace it. I came back the following week and he said he sent it to a third party store for repairs and that I would have it that Friday. After this day I came back to his store two weeks in a row and he assured me that I would get my item back and that he attempted to get my item from this third party store, but when he went to retrieve it [redacted] of the shop was not in and he did not have the receipt for it because he misplaced it and the workers in the store would not release it to him so he would have to go back another day. The last day I seen him which was February [redacted] the item was still not ready and this was the day he assured it would, I asked him did he lose my item and he replied " no if I did that I would have to pay you over $4,000." His wife was in the store every time I went to pick up my item. He also has an earring that he agreed to sell for me in his possession. He has not been in the store in two and a half months and the [redacted] of the building in which his shop is located is also looking for him.Desired Settlement: I would like either my original 14K rose gold cuban link chain with diamond pendant and 14K white gold blue VVS diamond earring returned or a cash refund for my lost items of at least $4,700.
