Review: Bough a used dryer with a 90 day warranty on it. They have failed to fix the dryer as promised and now is not returning my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I either want it fixed with and extension of the warranty to cover the dryer( at least an additional month) or my money back so I can put it towards purchasing another dryer somewhere else. Its getting harder for my pregnant wife to carry wet cloths to the Laundromat. Having 2 children and a little one on the way in Dec. its hard to keep having to drive around to get this done.

Review: I recently bought a washer and dryer from said company on July 3, 2013. The original washer I purchased was faulty so the company replaced it 3 days later. The replacement washer is also faulty and I have been trying for 6 weeks to try to get the company's repair man to come and fix the washer. The company refuses to answer any of my calls about the washer. Today, 9-6-2013, I went to my basement to use my dryer, and now it does not work. I have been trying to contact this company for almost 2 months with no success. I will be getting a lawyer to sue them for what I paid for the washer and dryer.

I also believe that because I am not Hispanic and do not speak Spanish, that the company is not returning my calls. The owner and his workers all speak e

English, but not very good. I never had a problem with this company until now.Desired Settlement: To make sure that this company sells working appliances before someone else has to go through what I am currently going through right now.
