I can clearly see why the Revdex.com would not endorse this company. Not only were they completely incompetent taking my order, when I received my online receipt the names, address, and messages were all mixed up and incorrect. When I called back to straighten out the errors, they told me what I had ordered wasn't even available. I'd like to know how they could charge me for 6 fruit gift sets and not even have them instock and tell me that they would be there before Christmas. Then they couldn't even offer me a substitute for the gift sets they didn't offer anymore that I paid for and told me it would take days to refund my money. Then they hung up on me! This was after waiting an extremely long time on hold. Buyer beware. Do not shop here! There are plenty of other places to shop.

Both [redacted] and I were unlucky this winter as a friend ordered me oranges shipped from Florida to the New Mexico, Texas border over the Martin Luther King holiday. Because of the 2 days sitting in Texas the product had some moldy oranges BUT [redacted]'s made it right by shipping me the same order at no cost as the oranges were FANTASTIC! What a fine company!

Very unhappy about their shipping policy. I was told one date & now it is coming in a week later.
There is no excuse for this.

I had a coupon for free shipping on an entire purchase. When I went to place the order, I was charged shipping. Because the items I wanted to buy were on special, the coupon did not apply. The coupon did not state that. I found that out when I called customer service.

If you want your order from GREGORY'S GROVES, Florida, by a specific date, do not think you're going to get it just because you select a certain date. I placed three orders December 1, selecting December 8 for shipping date. I received one box when I expected it a week later but not the other two. I wrote to them asking why and when the other two orders would arrive. This is their reply:

"We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Some gifts are shipped out from different facilities and locations. Your last gift has been selected for shipping and should be received shortly."

I finally got the second box but, as of December 19, I still do not have the third box, the one they said has been "selected for shipping". They did not say it had been shipped. I will never order anything from them again. If you aren't going to get December 8 delivery, then why do they give you a list of dates to select for shipment? I feel this information should be included on their site because from the way their email reads, not all oranges are from Gregory's, but from other "facilities".

These oranges were to go in Christmas boxes I'm giving out for Christmas and I hope the first box of oranges that has been sitting here 2+ weeks will still be good WHEN and IF I ever get the third box.

I followed directions on the company's website for placing an order online and in the requested delivery date I put 12/23/15. This was to be a Christmas gift.

This company shipped my item on 12/8/15 which will in a likelihood be received 2 weeks prior to Christmas. This is not what I requested and negates the purpose of the order.

I called customer service and waited 25 minutes on hold to be told "sorry for the inconvenience".

On 10/23/2015 we ordered cases of oranges to be shipped to family in Michigan. they were to be delivered to nine different locations. they were delivered on or about 12/11 2015.
In four of the nine deliveries the oranges were found to be spoiled.
This is very embarrassing to have to call family to determine if their present is OK>
Gregorys blamed it on the USPS.
