Update on [redacted] case: We mailed a certified letter and included a check for the amount of $1044.69 on 11/01/17 to [redacted]. I spoke with the insurance adjuster Vern [redacted] at QBE/Farmers Ins. phone# ###-###-#### on 11/01/17 and he wanted me to let you know that [redacted] didn’t contact them about the...

bill for repairs. The insurance adjuster said to supplement the cost of repairs so Dan’s Body Shop can get reimbursed.  [redacted] also drove his vehicle 10,000 miles before he took it to [redacted] for repairs. My question is why did he wait so long to take his vehicle in when he was concerned about safety? [redacted] also had an open invoice at [redacted] Car Center to bring his vehicle in at anytime for airbag repairs. I’ve attached all the documentation.  He didn’t contact Dan’s Body Shop or have [redacted] contact us so we could pay the bill. This should resolve [redacted] case.
