on 7/17/2017 I explained to him because the stains were deep, it may be hard to clean them. Because he was dissatisfied I offered him a discount of $3:00 off of $28:00 dollars. He was still was not satisfied. On occasions customers bring in clothing that are badly stain and we do the very best we can to remove them. I have been in business for 15 years and have always been able to resolve any problems with my customers. They are always told if I think I will have a problem with stained clothing. I apologize to Mr. [redacted] regarding he did not get the service he wanted, We do our very best to satisfy our customers
