I had my Debit card hacked some how and a person used it at *** and charged my debit card $I called my bank right away and called the retailer so they could be aware as well Doing my part to help out the retailer, they refuse to release the hold on my card knowing it was a fraud case, they even stated it was fraud and new about it when you try to call they will not put a supervisor and there policy is not to give out any information about the company or a complaint department, you have to wait for a supervisor to come into work and contact you back which never happens I would like my money back and this is the only way to put a complaint in about the company They should be more helpful and have departments that can help, they will not transfer or do anything
