Mr*** was visiting our area from out of town when he had his BMW towed to our facility on or around
November 19th, with an overheating problemWe found the water pump failed and the coolant reservoir tank failedMr*** was informed that since he drove the vehicle overheating to the point it stopped running, there may be damage done that may take time to reveal itselfWe repaired the vehicle and did not find any further problems at that timeCustomer returned home and had another problem with coolant leakingAnother shop found the new coolant reservoir defective and leaking That shop replaced the reservoir again but also did not find any signs of head gasket damage or overheating at that timeMr*** had his vehicle into a 3rd shop for an overheating problemIt was then determined the head gasket had been damaged and failedThe vehicle has been overheated several times since leaving our facility and since further cooling system repairs have been performedAlso customer stated he had not owned the vehicle very long when we serviced itPrior service and repair history is unknown*** *** Manager Advanced Automotive *** ** *** ** *** ** *** ***

I have repeatedly tried to contact the businessThey told me O Reilly would take care of it if it was faulty, but O Reilly said it was on themNow they have cut off all communication with me
