Dan's Heating & Air and Handyman Services

I would like to make a complaint about Dans handyman services,he was assigned to me by choice home warranty and is also listed on [redacted],what should have been a 2hour job fixing my AC has now dragged on for over 3weeks,I'm a single parent with 5 teenagers,he also told me I needed to pay for the parts,the warranty company said this is not true,he owes me almost $700,so I am unable to pay my mortgage,Business Response Based on a conversation the Revdex.com had with the company; Mr. [redacted], states that he has been a delay and receiving the parts. He apologize for the delay and states that the part should be in Friday after next. Upon receipt of the part, he will install for consumer, Ms. [redacted].Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)He has still yet to install the part,he told choice home warranty his truck flipped and he lost the part,he also told th he spoke to me for an hour,which is not true,he does not answer my phone calls Final Business Response The company has indicated to the Revdex.com that the issue has been resolved.
